• Styling has been updated to more closely align with the ITS department website.
• All text has been reviewed and updated for clarity and conciseness.
• Security
• We're now using zxcvbn to evaluate password strength! This encourages longer passwords with less restrictive requirements.
• Users can now opt in to Proofpoint mail filtering.
• Sponsored Accounts
• List of all possible sponsors was removed. The person must know their Brandeis sponsor's email address in order to make a request.
• Account creation tokens are much shorter now. Links are less likely to break in certain email clients.
• Account Creation
• Brandeis Computing Policy can now be read without leaving the account creation page.
• Account Management
• Menu was reorganized and moved to left sidebar.
• Some pages were renamed:
  • Email Options → Mail & Directory Settings
  • My Name → Name Source
  • Change Password → Password
  • Password Reset Data → Password Reset Information
  • Account Sensitivity → Password Reset Status
  • Enroll/Manage your Duo Security Two-Factor Authentication Devices → Duo Device Management
  • Google Apps Opt In → Additional Google Services
  • Sponsored Account History → Sponsorship History
  • Sponsored Account Requests → Sponsorship Requests
